We ship our products worldwide through Poste Italiane and SDA international courier.
-RECEPTION GOODS
Some small tips for the reception of the goods:
- Check that the number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
- Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip

-TAXES AND DUTIES
We use DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) option for shipment to EU countries. In such countries, the goods will directly reach specified destination with no extra charge other than payment on order. For all other countries we use DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) option, therefore the courier may give you on delivery a special invoice for payment of taxes and duties required by local authorities. If you live in a non-EU country, you are adviced to enquire about local taxes and duties before making any order.
